Sarah is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management (FInstLM), Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (Chartered FCIPD), and Chair of the CIPD South East Thames Branch. She is also a qualified Leadership Mentor and Executive Coach.
